At RecurX (operated by Boumzoud LLC), we are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding trials, refunds, and cancellations for the RecurX Subscriptions application.
1. Overview
We want every merchant to be confident in their decision to use RecurX. That's why we offer a generous free plan and free trial periods on all paid plans. We believe in the value of our product and want you to experience it risk-free before committing.
2. 14-Day Free Trial
All paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Pro) include a 14-day free trial period. During the trial:
- You have full access to all features included in your selected plan
- No charges will be applied to your Shopify account during the trial period
- You can cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation or charges
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable plan rate
3. Subscription Refunds
For monthly subscriptions, you may request a refund within 7 days of your billing date if you are not satisfied with the Service. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we strive to be fair and reasonable in all refund decisions.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of the billing charge
- You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
- The refund applies to the most recent billing cycle only

- The reason for your refund request
- The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
5. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed through the Shopify Billing system and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Usage fees for subscribers that exceeded your plan limits during the billing period
- Charges for billing periods that ended more than 7 days ago
- Situations where the Service was used as intended during the billing period
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your RecurX subscription at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin panel. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for future billing periods
- You can continue to use the Service until the end of your current billing cycle
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be deleted
- You can downgrade to the free plan at any time instead of cancelling entirely
